Every day, the ProgrammableWeb team is busy, updating its three primary directories for APIs, clients (language-specific libraries or SDKs for consuming or providing APIs), and source code samples. Fifteen APIs have been added to the ProgrammableWeb directory in categories including Cryptocurrency, Email, and Marketing. Highlights include some APIs for Capital One, an API for the Pine feed reader, and the ORY Oathkeeper API for authentication. Here's a rundown of the latest additions.

Qboxmail is an email service that features 8GB and 25GB mailboxes, calendar and contacts, and anti-spam protection. The Qboxmail API is a RESTful cloud mail server that can be customized and integrated with business processes. The API is used to access and manage registered domains, users, and emails. It is filed under our Email category.

Plant Image Analysis organization provides a database of software tools for plant image analysis and datasets. The Plant Image Analysis API enables programmatic access to the database. RevenueWire is a monetization and multi-channel marketing platform. RevenueWire is designed for affiliate marketers, supports high-converting international offers, premium account management, and uses several payout models including: CPC, CPL, CPI, CPS, and Rev Share. Coinranking provides cryptocurrency price and market overview. The Coinranking API integrates up-to-date cryptocurrency data with applications. The API supports crypto ordering, high quality icons, up to 5 years of historical data, crypto pairs, and total market statistics. The Coinranking API is listed under the Cryptocurrency category. Aeon is a lightweight cryptonote digital currency. The Aeon API is a payment platform used to receive Bitcoins. The Aeon REST API supports retrieving current Bitcoin price and limits, creating orders, and checking order status. Data is available in JSON format. Pine is a Feed Reader that allows users to find and follow content. The Pine API provides a way to search the web for content to read, watch, and listen to. API methods are available to retrieve news, post to your site, save posts as favorites, keep track of interesting posts and more. ORY provides authorization (OAuth 2.0) and Identity & Access Proxy (IAP) services. ORY Oathkeeper API inspects authorization headers and enables application access when verified. The API helps identify the user and provide session to API backends, restricts access to certain resources, transform access credentials to a format that is consumable by API services and more. This API is listed under the Authorization category.
Cinchy is a business data collaboration platform that employs a single UI for data across applications. Cinchy simplifies IT processes by improving data accessibility, avoiding application databases, and by integrating analytics and reporting. Bitvore is business intelligence analytics solutions provider. The company uses Artificial Intelligence to gather tailored data for business interests. Bitvore's Precision News APIs provide access to curated news annotated with metadata tags. Capital One Money Movement API enables users to manage customer transfers between Capital One accounts or between Capital One and non-Capital One accounts.
Sign Up with Capital One API returns JSON responses to verify customers.
Verify with Capital One API enables applications to match personal information to be verified by a Capital One customer.
Capital One Virtual Card Numbers API returns JSON data to simulate the use of a virtual card number instead of a physical card.
