API Description:
The Outlook Extended Properties API allows developers to introduce custom data storage capabilities in apps. The API is useful for integrating a backup interface for accessing stored custom data for Outlook MAPI Properties. The API’s provider recommends that its deployment should be restricted to circumstances requiring access to the custom data for Outlook MAPI properties yet to be included in the Outlook REST API metadata. The API’s data accounts are accessible in Office 365 or Microsoft’s Hotmail.com, Live.com, MSN.com, Outlook.com, and Passport.comaccount domains.
